Thermax Thermacast™ Electric Vaporizers provide reliable and economical vaporization of a variety of cryogenic liquids and liquefied gases in a compact package. Stainless Steel heat transfer coils are cast into a solid aluminum block. Electric cartridge heaters, moisture sealed and replaceable are inserted into precision drilled heat sinks in the aluminum block. Heat transfer is maximized and surging/slugging is minimized by the presence of Thermax unique in-tube vortex generators. This design is used worldwide on large tube electric trim heaters with large diameter - low pressure drop coils to augment ambient vaporizers to over 200,000 SCFH per unit.

High Thermal Stability with Non-Surge Performance

Thermax Water Bath Electric Vaporizers ship completely factory assembled and wired for easy installation. Thermax has field proven designs from 15 to 2000 kW. They are available in standard and ballast type units.
